CR Driver Training Motorcycle Course Descriptions
BASIC RIDERS COURSE (BRC):
This course is designed to take an individual with no previous riding experience and give them the basic knowledge and
skills required to operate a motorcycle on streets and highways. Successful completion of this course earns the individual
the MSF Basic Riders Course Card (good for insurance discounts, some exceptions apply) and the motorcycle endorsement on their
Arizona or Nevada License.
Course Requirements for BRC:
Participation in this course requires physical stamina, motor coordination, and mental alertness. The individual
must be 15yrs. 6mos. of age and possess a valid driver’s permit. The individual is required to provide the following:
Long-sleeve shirt or jacket, long-pants and over the ankle footwear (must provide ankle support). We provide: Motorcycles,
Helmets, Gloves and Eye Protection (included in the course fee). Questions about these requirements should be directed to

SKILLS PRACTICE COURSE & REQUIREMENTS:
This course is for an individual that has a motorcycle endorsement, their own motorcycle and riding experience.
This course sharpens existing skills, helps to correct bad habits, orients an individual to a new motorcycle and/or gets a
lost rider back in the saddle. It is also a means of acquiring a MSF Card (with successful completion). The individual must
provide all the equipment listed for the BRC (we will provide proper helmet if needed).
LICENSE WAIVER COURSE & REQUIREMENTS:
This course is designed for an individual who possesses a valid Arizona Motorcycle Permit, Motorcycle, and
has the riding experience and skill to ride in a straight line corner in both directions and stop the motorcycle in a short
distance. Successful completion will earn the individual the Motorcycle Endorsement on their Arizona License (not the MSF
Card). The individual must provide all the equipment listed for the BRC (we will provide proper helmet if needed).
